Moonstone Primary Bathroom Remodel

This Orlando primary bathroom remodel involved a complete layout redesign, footprint expansion, and window restructuring.

The original bathroom contained a small corner shower and adjacent toilet configuration. We removed the existing layout and expanded the room two feet into the adjoining bedroom, increasing the bathroom by approximately ten square feet.

The former shower and toilet footprint was reimagined into a spacious walk-in shower that is more than double the original size. The toilet was relocated to improve circulation and create space for a custom vanity installation.

The back wall originally contained two separate windows — one within the shower and one above the toilet. We closed one entirely, partially closed the other, completed the required masonry work, and installed a new centered picture window within the shower to create symmetry and intentional design.

Design details include large format marble-look tile for brightness, a vertical fluted accent wall for warmth and texture, hex mosaic shower flooring, brushed brass fixtures, frameless glass enclosure, and a custom fluted wood vanity with quartz countertop.

This project highlights how structural adjustments and thoughtful layout planning can dramatically improve both function and aesthetics.
