This contemporary remodeled residence, required an architectural and functional landscape design, which incorporated the residence's largest asset, a lagoon. Tiles chosen to match the blue of the sky and water evoke endlessness, while contrasting tiles visually extend the residence's interior spaces out toward the lagoon. A new regraded and borderless transition at the lagoon allows for easy boating access.
