modern addition + renovation / villa park

A contrasting and contemporary addition to a traditional home created a modern open great room space with new kitchen, master suite and additional bedroom suite, expressed at the exterior by a modernist cedar-clad flat roof cantilever. At the interior, minimalist finishes, concrete and maple flooring and custom details complete the whole house transformation.
