The classic colonial received a major renovation and total transformation into a Modern Farmhouse kitchen. Antique wood beams reclaimed from a home in Maine were the inspiration and starting point for this space. The tile floor in the kitchen was removed and patched in with new flooring to match the existing hardwood floors. The dark espresso stain was stripped down to expose the natural color of the ash. All new custom cabinetry, a 10 foot island, commercial grade appliances, new lighting and all new finishes were installed throughout to meet the needs of this super busy family of five. The banquette seating now easily accommodates the family and lots of friends with ease.
