Gull Lake home received an update. The second level, open concept living, dining, and kitchen with a 1/2 bath was remodeled. Tile and carpet were removed and replaced with wide-plank, engineered wood flooring. Kitchen cabinetry was restained to match. Kitchen lighting and exhaust hood installed. A new dining light fixture was installed. New tile was laid in the half bath and the stairs were recarpeted. But the major update was to the fireplace: the orange stucco fireplace was completely updated with new tile hearth, floating shelves and mantle, accent lighting, and new drywall/paint. Finally the entire level was repainted.
