Before: The kitchen layout didn’t take advantage of its large footprint, the cabinetry blocked the passageway to the eating area, the appliances and look were outdated, and the ventilation was poor
After: Opened up the kitchen and improved its efficacy and usability. Added a kitchen island, upgraded the ventilation and installed modern appliances. The open kitchen boasts expansive ocean views and features poured concrete counters, Poggen Pohl cabinetry and a large island outfitted with Gaggenau appliances. The clean, modern lines are juxtaposed with the craftsman-style dining chairs. Custom cabana blinds add another calming layer.
