A 400 square foot outdated west coast master bath gets a total facelift!

Luxury amenities were included for my clients who wanted a bath suite that plays to their senses like oversized shower with multiple height body sprays and rainfall shower head, heated tile floor and towel warmer, and soaking tub with air bubble massage.

Modern meets Glam in this design with inlaid chrome drawer trim, chrome waterfall fixtures that soothe, recessed sparkly niches for bathing essentials, and a crystal drum chandelier above the soaking tub (with dimmer) while soaking at night overlooking Bellevue and Seattle city skylines.

The entire space was tiled and mirrored to reflect the rich tree line and Lake Washington views and sunsets.

Cabinets were artisan crafted from rift sawn white oak and a custom, client approved grey stain. Honed granite was used to eliminate sheen.

Full height, slim wood soffits and vanity "medicine towers" were flanked next to each sink not only to hold toiletries, but to frame in the expansive length of vanity and mirror.

Recessed can lights were installed in the vanity wood soffits as well as strip lighting under the floating vanities for high drama and accent, and also as a safety feature late at night.

The full height linen tower was added for extra storage with wall mounted tiny TV to watch the stock market and news each morning while grooming.
There is a hidden pull out dual hamper behind the lower 3 drawer faux panel.

My clients asked for an "Aging in Place" design, so we obliged with 36" door openings, a curbless shower and extra wide dual swing shower door, and all full extension drawers vs cabinet doors. I made the space as wide open as possible, eliminating hard angles or turns vs the original design.
