This 70's style condo was getting tired and needed an update. With a clean slate, each room was lovingly touched to open up spaces, create a better flow and give the project a move into this millennium.
The challenges were many with walls, floors and ceilings of concrete, creative solutions were needed to bring light and in some case plumbing into an area. All in all, each request was met with a solution that served the family and the project well.
