An extensive renovation that began by extending the living from for three floors. The kitchen was opened up adding light, a walk in pantry and wet bar. Off of the kitchen a screen porch with a corner stone fireplace was added. Fine details of Doug fir timbers continued onto the coffered ceiling of the porch which walked out onto the upper level deck.
Throughout the house changes were made, adding landscaping, hot tub, refreshing the exterior, all new windows and a complete re-organization of the main level. A fireplace moved to be centralized in the living and dining areas. The home taken from a 1990's era shingle style into the new millennium yet cozy and ready for holidays, summer parties and a night to binge TV.
