This baby's room has been painted over with a stylized flower pattern inspired by the bedding. I varied the size and color of the pattern and spread it over the room after having mentally blocked off the areas where the furniture would be. In collaboration with Janice Auger Decor.

This painted ceiling has been built with layers of glazes, one end of the ceiling having to look darker than the other to create a feeling of dusk falling. The smiling moon is right above the crib, and small stars stud the sky in the darker area.
