The "Colony" at California Oaks added a Four Seasons addition to their dining and clubhouse facility over twenty years ago. The addition has been a favorite amongst diners and every type of private party you can imagine. The open air and incredible light the room allows in, while maintaining complete comfort inside has been an invaluable addition over the years. The original glass from Four Seasons Sunrooms had a 5 year warranty. The glass began to look aged and the Board was excited to find that Four Seasons had continued to not only Improve the glass but add some very nice additions to the glass and the warranty itself. Cleaning was never a big issue; since the "colony" keeps all its windows and areas maintained, yet the new "Stay-Clean" technology was a welcome addition. The increase in the performance of the glass was also welcome from the energy conservation point of view. The "breakage" for any reason was also a very nice addition to the 20 year "100% covered" warranty. The Re-Glaze was still costly, but was about 60% the price of a brand new structure.
The "Colony" fully expects to get another 30-40 years plus out of their recent investment, as well as all the memories it will make for their home owners that use the space day in, and day out.....
