This Dana Point home underwent a major transformation going from a dark multi-level house and to a bright modern transitional house. While the original structure had great bones, we adjusted the roof lines to be more seamless, which enhanced the vaulted ceilings. We then added story windows to allow for more natural light to really brighten up the space.

The previous structure had a raised floor in the living room which we took back down to the original slab to make for an open concept from the kitchen to the living room. However, the star of the show has to be the natural white oak beams you'll find in the entryway and throughout the home.
