Nob Hill

This one bedroom apartment was reimagined as a two bedroom unit, using space-saving design decisions to make the most of the small footprint. The shared kitchen and living space was moved to the front of the unit to take advantage of natural light from the bay window. The kitchen features a floating quartz peninsula held by a custom-fabricated steel frame. This provides additional counter space without sacrificing the open feel of the space. Instead of traditional closets in the bedrooms I used custom millwork to save space. Compact European appliances and a stackable washer dryer provide modern conveniences without overwhelming the space.
