Noble/Mack Residence

These homeowners wanted a complete landscape renovation for the traditional colonial home. The front of the house was overgrown and needed to be updated and a face lift. They also wanted a new back patio. The existing patio of brick and railroad tie construction was coming apart and was no longer safe to walk on. We expanded the space and were able to create an outdoor living room that the homeowners were able to enjoy every day long into the evening.

This serpentine walkway is highlighted by the low voltage landscape lighting along it. It eliminated the need for the dated lamp post with its glaring light fixture.

The lighting added to the water feature highlighted the copper patina on the underside of the lotus leaves. It also accented the rough texture of the stonework behind the water feature and caused the shadow to dance.
