Before the renovation, the Norland house was structurally intact but a bit boring and dull. It had a lot of potential but lacked personality. By keeping the cool tones, but adding a sophisticated edge, the space was transformed into a fun and stylish home.
Modern lighting, a rustic brick wall back-splash and variegated counter tops gave the kitchen the boost of freshness it desperately needed. The new bathroom is almost unrecognizable, with a sleek new shower, counter tops, and an acrylic oval bathtub.
Touches of red in the living room add a fun pop of color and warmth to the cool- toned palette. New furniture, darker trim and lighter wall color throughout the home give it an added sophistication without being over-bearing.
