The Swinnertons wanted a clean, modern, and bright new look for their home.

The exterior got a re-vamp with a wash of navy blue. The electric green door adds a fun eclectic pop of color to this otherwise standard house. A brand new set of stairs were installed leading to the front entrance, and a floating wooden walkway was added to the back entrance to keep feet off the lawn.

The new white kitchen allows the room to take full advantage of the natural light which is perfect for growing fresh herbs inside the house.
The sun room was redone to match the cool grey tones of the kitchen, but a splash of sky blue was added to soften the space. In the porch, the compact space is now utilized efficiently with added storage shelves.
