Based on the prime location of this craftsman style Toronto home on edge of Sherwood Park, our clients decided to update and expand the footprint of their house rather than leave the neighbourhood to gain more livable space. A full scale renovation transformed this residence into a wonderful modern family home. Warm walnut floors and well thought out custom millwork serve to delineate the main floor areas and allow for ample storage space. Frameless glass stair guards, stainless steel handrails and door hardware, and natural stone tile selections accent the interior - while cedar, red brick and custom standing-seam black metal cladding are all integrated into the front facade.
