Pinnacle Ridge was a complete fire rebuild of a 4-plex, with the Peak Ventures team also finishing two of the four units’ interiors.

This renovation and restoration project met Built Green Gold Standard. Some of the featured upgrades are new fibreglass energy efficient windows and an upgrade to partially utilize sprayed-in-place foam insulation. These upgrades provided major improvement to the envelope air-tightness and thermal efficiency of the building.

In conjunction with Architect Dennis Maguire’s Interior Design, the home’s interior was completed showcasing beautiful products and finishing throughout.
