Collaborating with architect Ziad Demian on a complete renovation of this Old Town, Alexandria, townhouse was an exciting and challenging experience. This classic row house is located in the middle of the block, resulting in a lack of natural light, space, and connection to the outdoors. The design concept focused on bringing in an abundance of natural light; creating a strong indoor/outdoor relationship; and making all of the rooms between 11’ and 15’ to create spacious, open, and airy environments.
