Instead of using a conventional door to separate the first-floor master suite from the living area, Sagartstudio provided a swinging panel that, when open, makes the spaces more fluid.

The bedroom becomes part of the larger living room when the wall panel is open. The translucent panel in the bank of closets to the left opens to reveal a passageway to the master bathroom.
