By taking down structural barriers, we brought to life a true chef’s kitchen, now anchored by a commanding central island and engineered with limitless, intuitive storage. We integrated a secondary entryway and framed the main corridor with seamless and expansive floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinetry to maximize every square inch.

In the main living area, we broadened the spatial flow and centered the room around a tailored built-in fireplace—creating a cozy and inviting gathering environment. The secondary bathroom was completely reimagined as a soothing, spa-inspired retreat for visiting guests. Brushed, light-oak engineered flooring ties the entire residence together with effortless warmth, turning entertaining from a chore to a treat.
