Olympic View Home Remodel

This Silverdale home remodel was quite the undertaking. We removed the roof and added vaulted ceilings above living room and kitchen areas, Added a new flight of stairs going up to second level where we added two bedrooms and a shared bathroom between them.

The custom glass panel that was made by a local Seattle artist, has the client's daughters footprints embedded into glass. Pebble rock mosaic has been laid in a free flowing pattern in front of glass panel. This was to give the appearance of a stream running through the entry.

The Quartzite slate is laid in an interesting stair step layout to help the transition from wood floor to stone. A custom made glass panel made by a local Seattle artist adds unique screening from one room to the other.

Relocated kitchen- Exotic wood flooring and Exotice wood raised bar counter makes an interesting combination with the cherry cabinets. The countertops are Caesarstone quartz and backsplash is porcelain field tile with metal listello detail.

Again repeating the porcelain stripe with a row of Oceanside glass on top and bottom. The field tile is Quartzite natural stone. The pass through window opens up to the master bathroom to see the water view of Hood Canal, as well as letting more light into the room. Showing window closed.

The countertop is Caesarstone Quartz product. We added transom windows above to bring the outdoors in. Tubular shaped wall scounces add additional ambience to the room.
