Studio Z provided several designs for this home over several years, for two different owners. The earlier owner wanted help with finishing the attic over the garage to use as a bedroom, adding a carport, and adding to the kitchen (unfortunately, that addition was never built). The later owner added a master suite and sitting room over the existing single-story family room.
