The load bearing wall between the existing dining room and living room was removed and re-supported with an LVL support beam and a center bearing column.

The window in the existing dining room was removed and replaced with a 5/4x6/8 Thermatru French double door.

The vinyl flooring in the kitchen area was removed and replaced with new hardwood flooring.

New Elmwood Stuttgart cabinets were installed. The cabinets boxes are ¾” frameless wood print melamine units with a Stuttgart 2 ¾” rail, raised panel door and drawer. The cabinets are painted with a Dove White Oyster finish. The island cabinets are painted with a Knights Armor finish.

The countertops on the base cabinets are to be Silestone Quartz – Iron Bark – 3 cm. The countertop for the island is Cambria Quartz, Oakmoor – 3 cm.

The new kitchen sink is Blanco Diamond Silgranit single bowl undermount unit in Café Brown #441771.

The background tile is Kango White, 3.125”x6.5”. The decorative tile is Tozen Ahou Natural Glossy 1”x4” bricks framed with Sandgate Antique Bronze .5x12” SoHo pencil trim. Marble Beige grout was used for all the tile.

The existing radiators were replaced by three 2’ wide Runtal radiators.
