In this condominium remodel, the owners desired more connectivity between the small kitchen and living spaces. The wall between kitchen and dining room was not removed but rather an opening and transom were added to share natural light and improve the flow. There was no loss of cabinetry and the mess from cooking would not be visible from the dining space. Architectural lighting was added to the living room and all bathrooms were upgraded.
