Complete remodel to existing split-level home. The existing home was dated on the exterior and interior. The project gutted most of the main level of the home. Raising the low ceilings in the entry and kitchen and opening a wall between the kitchen and dining area allowed the home to feel lighter and brighter. The existing vaulted/beamed ceilings in the family room and dining room were continued through to the kitchen. This seamlessly created a true great room. Exterior improvements included new windows, siding, entry door/sidelights, paint, light fixtures and lighter pavers.
