The remodel of this 1980's home included a master bathroom, guest bathroom and the full gut and remodel of the first floor, including a custom railing and redesign of the stair of second floor. The homeowner wanted a high functioning kitchen for large Italian meals, and a contemporary open space, conducive to entertaining.
