This project was a consulting project for a client who had hired an architecture firm to design them a cottage that they wanted modified. We took their plans with the permission of the architect of record and modified the following. Added a single-car garage that fit the scale and the character of the neighborhood and the existing residence. Modified location and scale of windows along street frontage. Revised the front porch roof-line and detailing. Modified the kitchen and dining room layout and master bedroom (all on ground floor).

The clients chose a wonderful palette of colors and finishes for the exterior and the interior.
