This large garage and shop was designed by Sno Valley Cottages for a client that happens to be our plumber. The project was largely dictated by their needs to use this large garage for their plumbing business. The footprint is 46' by 36' with a 12' x 40' contained and conditioned office space inside. The large garage doors are 12 feet square to allow their Sprinter vans with roof racks ample clearance for getting in and out of the shop. The ground floor walls are 14 feet high to allow for extensive storage space and allow them to store long sections of pipe vertically if needed.

The garage was also designed to accommodate a future apartment on the second floor. Attic trusses were utilized to accomplish this and a side entry was added for future access to self contained apartment. Skylights and egress windows were added to the attic to meet future code requirements for the space and provide some natural lighting.

Sno Valley Cottages were contracted to do all design and permitting along with framing, siding and window and door installation.
