The owner bought a tear down home with 260 feet of water frontage in a pristine cove on Lake Winnipesaukee, NH. In order to facilitate the approval process we kept much of the original foundation walls and reconstructed this 1980's house. The stunning lot called for a Nantucket inspired gambrel home with large windows and french doors facing the lake. The house is set up for hosting house guests with 4 bedroom suites, one full apartment, 2 additional bedrooms, one main kitchen, one caterer's kitchen, a screened porch and numerous public entertaining areas. The home flows towards the lake from both levels to take full advantage of the expansive lakefront setting.
