Gorgeous prime waterfront location in Stamford had been a rental for many years. Owners decided it was time to sell and wanted to list over Thanksgiving weekend (during a Pandemic!). By utilizing some of the homeowner's belongings and mixing with more contemporary, on-trend pieces; we were able to achieve a perfect waterfront retreat worthy of a $2M price tag.

By repurposing the living room to an informal, large open dining room, we were able to turn the small dining room into a waterfront sitting area. The family room was redesigned with lively pops of color and welcoming textiles to create a fabulous, sunk-in family room over looking the water. By freshening up the Master Bedroom with new linens and pops of color, the views of Long Island Sound were able to become center focus.
This house was a gem to work on and the powerful transformation was the only reason it garnered multiple, over-asking offers in less than a week.
