This was a fun one! Unique property on the Norwalk harbor that was once a houseboat! This small 1400 square foot charmer had been a rental for some time. Owner felt the time was right to capitalize on the hot real estate market! Using the lush waterfront landscape as inspiration, we painted the entire home including two second floor bedrooms and walk in closets. The wall of windows combined with size appropriate furnishings and coastal -inspired design elements made for an updated, light and bright result. Multiple offers before we even finished staging!
