For the homeowners of this handsome late 19th century home in the Boston suburbs, we designed a renovation and addition on all levels including a new mudroom, porch entry, kitchen, dining room and large living room bay extension on the first floor, stairway extensions with laundry, study and additional bedrooms and baths on the upper floors. New insulation systems and whole house HVAC improved livability, while new windows, trim and siding completed the transformation on the exterior with an overall effect retaining the original character of this period home.
