Originally an open balcony over the entry porch of this eclectic Victorian, its added roof and glazing from the mid-20th century had long since ceased to function as an effective weather enclosure.
Our redesign for a new sunspace used centered sliding windows and bracketed eaves to pay homage to the home’s original style while providing a flexible and comfortable multi-use space for the enjoyment of nature.
