Ramsay Infill Home

This new build was a project by a great builder who was not afraid to take some chances to stand apart from the crowd! A bold, graphic look for the house starts on the outside and carries right on inside, with a dramatic kitchen backsplash wall in black herringbone marble all the way to the ceiling, opposite an open central staircase enclosed in glass with a black grid framework. More risky but stunning choices include black 3D tile in the ensuite bath and a beautiful, dark graphic wallpaper for the powder room. All great inspiration for us in styling the home!It was a fun project for DEKORA, and a win for the builder thanks to a fast sale.The new homeowners definitely fell in ‘love at first sight,’ purchasing many DEKORA furniture and accessory pieces for their new home!

Galley-like in size, but industrious in feel—we infused the space with metallic tones to pair with a concrete countertop feel to inspire culinary creations.

Industrious Kitchen Features

A great look at a narrow space full of character. This tufted couch has very practical use in this space. It adds colour, comfort and complexity alongside a bronze table pot that adds a hint of sophistication.

Into The Abyss

Showing a bit of restraint in this restful space. Really like how the wood dresser pairs with the brushed brass frame above. And, just a hint of colour peeking beyond in a well-placed occasional chair.

Warm Place of Rest

Accessorizing this space only subtly to not overwhelm a fantastic tile backsplash. This is a large, functional space for the whole family to utilize.

Colour-phyll

A tandem of towering table lamps stand atop twin tables. There are a lot of moving parts in this space, which in itself is eclectic. But, the style remains a comfortable contemporary.

Towering Table Lamps

Probably not power smart per say, but we wanted to get the point across in this intimate bedside corner. The table lamp itself is likely better suited for a study, but we wanted to mix things up a bit—casting light on some cozy bedside reading.

A Well Lit Vignette

No need to buzz through this hallway. Instead cozy up in a cubby that's a throwback to the wonder years.
