The owner of this ranch home with expansive views of the La Plata Mountains wanted to make it more of her own. They had moved in a few years past and it was a very typical South West style from the 1990's. The original kitchen and 4 bathrooms were full of Mexican tile and dated finishes and the kitchen was separated from the Dining Room with a large load bearing wall. We were able to change the entire look of the home with removal of the wall, a new Kitchen, 4 full Bathrooms, new lighting throughout. . We also took out over 3000SF of dated tile and installed gorgeous hardwood floors on the first level. Finally, we changed the facade on three fireplaces that had been covered in Mexican tile. The updated look of the home is now an updated Contemporary Ranch that the owners love.
