Really Tiny Bathroom

A 23 square foot bathroom tucked under a steeply sloping roof. Toilet and sink are wall mounted to preserve floor space. Storage and medicine cabinet are recessed into walls. Glass and wall mirrors help expand the space.

Wall mounted fixtures expand the usable floor in this 23 square foot bathroom. Large porcelain tiles are installed in running bond on the floor. With little space for a vanity, soap is dispensed above a wall mounted corner sink. An exposed chrome bottle trap. and chrome angle stops add detail.

Lots of mirror! A full angled wall of mirror contains a recessed medicine cabinet. LED lighting, electrical outlets, and a soap dispenser which all mount directly through the mirror.

2" x 8" vertical glass tile is installed full-height on the shower walls. Shower niches and plumbing controls are spaced exactly within tile modules with perfect alignment in mind.

Glass shelves are installed within glass wall tiles at the shower niche with exacting spacing and alignment. Shower fixtures are roughed-in to exactly align the tile.

Outlets and switches are integrated into a full wall mirror. Reflecting lines expand the room and show the shower behind the camera.

A small corner sink is mounted directly adjacent to the door. The shape is selected for soft edges, and mounted asymmetrically under a recessed medicine cabinet.

This sink design allowed for an offset faucet and minimal projecting depth. It is located just a couple of inches away from the corner to allow door casing and tile detailing to finish correctly.
