Renewal in Roslyn

A simple elegance was achieved in this condominium remodel. Previously one of several common floor plans it becomes one of a kind having removed a wall with an opening. The breakfast counter remained but was freed from its framed look and now contributes to an open concept.

The niche created for the front loader washer & dryer combo was interchanged with the stove and strorage from the previous design.

Simulated wood plank porcelain tile is used throughout and connects the different spaces in this now open floor plan.

The stove now interchanged with the laundry equipment also enabled additional storage as the sink counter and cabinets extend deeper into the corner. In all a good trade.

This is an upstairs bath that is standard to almost all of the units in this community. Direct replacement of tub, toilet and vanity brings an updated look and feel. It also helps coordinate the color and tile theme throughout the home.
