This 1400 SF cabin with bunkhouse on Lake Louise in Roaring Gap was lovingly designed to expand and contract based on the owner's needs. Occupied year round by a single person and only some of the year by a large extended family, the bunkhouse and mainhouse share a heated entry space, but the bunkhouse (three bedrooms, a full bath and a small living room), is zoned to be minimally conditioned when not occupied.
Double clerestory windows allow light through the shed dormer into the screened porch as well as the living room.
