Rosedale House

This project is dear to me as it is my own home. This 100 year old brick house was rebuilt back to the studs. By air sealing, adding insulation and high efficiecy windows we were able to reduce the energy use by 75%. It won Home Sweet Home's Green Renovation of the year 2011.
Amazing as it sounds these are 30 yr old oak cabinets from a 1980's reno. We had new hardware and refinished the solid oak doors then wrapped them with the new white cabinets.
