Sophisticated Apartment

The original apartment was broken up and dark but had this great view to a park. We opened everything up, reduced the wasted space and found room for 2 walk in closets. Our job included everything down to the finishing touches.

This kitchen was low and dark and separated from the view and the dining room. We opened it up and raised the ceiling. The custom cabinetry was designed to exacting standards and client needs. The peninsula functions on both sides to reduce wasted space. Photo: Roger Yip

The custom lazer cut tiles echo the round ensuite foyer and create water ripples on the floor....
