Like many homes built in the late 70’s and early 80’s, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very small and cramped. We were asked to help by creating a new master plan and we re-designed the home to bring the existing spaces into the 21st century and added a large family room for entertaining. Their new family room also helped by allowing you to actually see the view of the valley from the comfort of their home or deck.
