Just a short bicycle ride from the beach, this project involved a complete remodel and additions more than doubling the existing square footage, effectively resulting in a completely new custom residence. To expedite the approval process we strategically retained the minimum portion of the existing exterior walls from the existing single story home, expanding the first floor and adding a second level and roof deck.
