Locally quarried sandstone walls, steps, patio and pond unite this amazing, park-like garden. The overall design vision was to reclaim an extremely steep slope and to carve out useful areas - play, patios, fire pit areas and gardens. The end result made for a visually striking and dynamic garden full of texture, shadows and the sounds of water. Simple, mass plantings allow the tiers of natural stone to be the star.
