A remodeled front garden. We removed all of the lawn and replace it with tiered timber planters and drought tolerant Idaho Fescue grass 'lawn'. An inviting stone path and steps lead up through the Sunlight Garden - with plantings in gold, orange, yellow, red, and pink - to the Moonlight Garden - with planting of purple, violet, blue, pink and silver. A metal arbor creates a welcoming entry to the front garden patio and seatwall. When this garden was first created, the homeowners' would find people just wandering around, enjoying the beauty. SO much more interesting than the original lawn, and drought tolerant, low water plantings to boot!
