The client had previously extended and refurbished their much loved townhouse in Sevenoaks. With a growing family they had run out of space. Our brief was to re-imagine the upper floor to suite growing teenagers. Our solution was to create access to sleeping pods, benefitting from. electric roof lights and vaulted ceilings . All of this was done within the existing volume of the roof space, as any loft conversion here would not have been accepted by the local authority, due to the strict regulations within a conservation area.
