1930's Semi-Detached house in need of full refurbishment. Requiring demolition of existing rear kitchen and full loft conversion. House was stripped back to brickwork throughout, requiring full rewire and re plaster. Designs were created for open plan kitchen/ diner / lounge/ loft conversion and home office. Construction work was completed by Browns Construction.
