The builder definitely used the cheapest possible materials in the kitchen from shoddy cabinets to a cheap laminate top. The only lighting was a track light leaving the kitchen dark and full of shadows when my client wanted to work.

In this small kitchen showing I used high cabinets over the penninsula giving lots of storage as well as opening up the space.

To make this small condo bath anything but "standard builders" I used 12x24" white milk glass tiles on the walls as well as the floor. We added a deep soaker tub and a European chrome shower bar and hand held spray. The toilet was also European.

Once again we got rid of the builders standard laminate flooring and replaced it with new rosewood engineered floors. Once the renovation was completed we added all new furnishings.
