The builders kitchen was tired and didn't offer good useable storage. There was a complete lack of drawers and only shelves to store all the cookware. Also the cabinets did not use the vertical space. The new cabinets went up another foot in height by removing one bulkhead.

The kitchen after give the client plenty of pull out storage for cookware as well as tall upper cabinets using all of the available space. The waterfall counter makes a nice place to eat and prepare

After the renovation the new sleek kitchen offers tons of storage and a beautiful modern look. There is even a coffee station beside the fridge

The new island is sleek and features a waterfall edge and seating on the other side for 2. There is also an undermount sink and a pull out faucet with spray

The secondary bath was heavily used but had no storage at all and a small leaking shower
