A small patio is a great way to increase your living space. When properly constructed, a patio should last for decades with little to no maintenance. It's always a great idea to seal your patio. There are multiple products available to seal a patio and they range from water based sealants with a wet appearance, to oil based sealants that penetrate the surface of the paver. Just be certain that any efflorescence on the surface of the paver has had a chance to bleed out or you may trap the white residue beneath the sealer. A general rule of thumb is to use a preparation product or wait a season or two between installation and sealant application.
